TO ORDER

·    Email us at: hey@thekaynne.com in the following format:
Subject: the item(s) you're interested in and color(s) if any
Message: your e-mail and name

·    We will send you an invoice if the item you're interested in is available

·    Items will be reserved for customers who stated “confirmed”

TO PAY

·    Once you have received invoice via email, please make payment within 24 hours to:

·    ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot of your transaction receipt   for verification

·    Upon receiving your payment, your item(s) will be sent out ASAP

POSTAGE

·    Normal mail is $1.50 per piece and $0.50 extra for each additional piece

·    For bulky items (eg. bags and shoes, etc), normal mail is $3.00 per piece and $1.00 extra for each additional piece

·    Registered mail is encouraged (it costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage)

·    Enjoy free normal postage if you “Like” our page in facebook and/or join our mailing list.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

·    We will not be held responsible for lost / damage mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail

·    No reservations of items

·    Strictly no meet ups

·    Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated

·    Refund or exchange will only be available on a case by case basis (please communicate with us at hey@thekaynne.com)

·    All items are available unless otherwise stated

·    Please note that apparels might be slightly darker in reality as pictures are taken with strong studio flashes

·    All items are measured lay flat on ground. We do try our best in providing accurate measurements, but hope you understand that the it might differ 0.5 - 1”
